Visual Studio Teams Services

In September 2018, Visual Studio Team Services was rebranded into Azure DevOps. If you're an existing customer, there's nothing to worry about as all your data and organizations will continue to work. If you're a brand new customer, you can create a brand new organization for free and leverage all the new services that Azure DevOps can offer. In the previous product, all of these services were containing the UI as tabs.

Azure Boards used to be the work tab, Azure Pipelines used to the Build and Release pipeline.

The Code tab now is Azure Repos, test is now Azure Test Plans and packages, Azure Artifacts.

 If you wanna learn more about why the product was rebranded, you can go into the Azure DevOps blogs

 and read a little bit more about the motivation behind each of these services as well as view the launch event that happened in the month of September

 and digest any of the on-demand videos that go in depth into the different areas.

Confusing because there is a DASHBOARDS and a BOARDS which are distinct.??????

WORK --> BOARDS
BUILD and RELEASE --> PIPELINE
CODE --> REPOS
TEST --> TEST PLANS

PACKAGE --> Azure Artifacts
